SITE WIDE NAVIGATION LINKS - ACCESS KEY

The Access Key list below relates to the text links site wide at the bottom of each web page within this site. These links have been implemented as an 'alternative' site navigation menu. The implementation of Access Keys is compulsory under Australian Law. Access Keys ensures a user is able to access links using browser-specific shortcuts. This is helpful for users who find it difficult to manage a mouse or for those users who do not use a mouse.

The implementation of Access Keys ensures the user is able to access specific links that they may find helpful by using browser-specific shortcuts. For example, in Internet Explorer and Netscape, the user can use a key combination on their keyboard of the Alt key or Ctrl key and one of the numbers or letters from the access key listing above. This is helpful for users who find it difficult to manage a mouse.
