The Guitarhive offers private individually tailored lessons in Concord, Sydney.

Ben is one of the finest guitar teachers in Sydney with over 17 years teaching experience and 30 years as a professional player.

He will teach you the most realistic and practical method to master a Guitar, Bass Guitar, Mandolin and Ukulele to improve your musical ability.

Through a carefully developed process, students develop guitar playing skill, musicality, performance and presentation ability, note reading, theory knowledge (chord and scale construction), a repertoire of pieces to play, improvisation skills, and appreciation of a wide range of musical styles.

Most styles are covered. Beginners through to Advanced. Chord strumming and riffs are taught early as their skill level heightens. In the guitar learning process students are encouraged to develop their own compositions. As the guitar studies progress, students will focus on a range of favourite styles - Acoustic Steel, Hard Rock, Pop or Folk.

LESSON PLANS

The Guitarhive offers private individually tailored lessons.

• Lessons normally run for 30 minutes
• As student's progress, or for advanced students 1 hour lessons are also available.
• Advanced students requiring longer or multiple lessons each week, this can be arranged on request.

LESSON PRICES

Lesson prices are as follows:-

• $30.00 per half hour
• $60.00 per hour
• $30.00 per hour for HIVE LIVE workshops.
• Guitarhive lesson vouchers are also available for gifts or future dates

OPERATING HOURS

Guitarhive operating hours are:-

• Tuesdays - 3.00pm - 8.30pm
• Wednesdays - 3.00pm - 8.30pm
• Thursdays - 3.00pm - 8.30pm
• Saturdays - 9.00am - 3.00pm
